For each major decision, explain the issue you recognized, the facts you had, the information you requested, the authority supporting your action, and why your choice was better than the alternatives available at that time.
Also identify which facts would have changed your answer and how early planning decisions affected later workload, cost, schedule, and Government exposure. You are not expected to produce contract documents or operate acquisition software; the focus is your reasoning.

Evaluate issue recognition, targeted investigation, correct authority, interim risk control, final judgment, and the ability to explain counterfactual facts. Reinforce prevention: the good [AG], [CG], and [IG] paths and the coordinated [G] response reduced later workload, while missed coordination or authority controls generated [AB], [CB], [IB], or the avoidable rework consequence described in [G].
